What is the status of my order?

 Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Should there be any unforeseeable delays we will communicate that to you.  

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately once your order has been processed no changes can be made.

We currently ship within the United-States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process to process the order. Standard delivery is 2-5 business days.
 

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

 We do accept returns and exchanges in respect to the following conditions and with Covid-19 in mind:

- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been opened in any way
- The return or exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery
- The return or exchange is made within 14 days of the return request
